Before placing your order I would like to make a few helpful suggestions to ensure a happy shopping experience here at Knitwits Alley! 

• All patterns are in pdf format and are sent via email to the email address provided by Paypal. 

• PDF files open in Adobe Acrobat Reader which is available for free on the internet - http://get.adobe.com/reader/

• Orders are filled manually, within 24 hrs of being received. If you do not receive your patterns within 48 hrs please email me right away knitwitsalley@yahoo.com  (**Don't hesitate to inquire about your order**)

Additional Helpful Hints:

• Money Orders: Money orders from outside of Canada MUST be International POSTAL Money orders ONLY. No exceptions. I cannot accept Money Grams (international or otherwise), they will be returned upon receipt, and patterns will not be sent. I am sorry for this inconvenience, but I am unable to cash these at my local banks or postal outlets. Please email me at knitwitsalley@yahoo.com to make arrangements. 

• Adding knitwitsalley@yahoo.com to your email address book helps prevent your patterns from going to a bulk/junk folder and thus getting lost in transit.

• Orders received through Pay Pal will be sent to the address supplied by Pay Pal. If you wish to receive your patterns at an alternate email address please send me an email prior to ordering (knitwitsalley@yahoo.com).

• Credit card orders through Pay Pal don't require a Pay Pal account. Simply click the "add to cart" buttons for your pattern selections and once you proceed to the checkout choose pay by credit card.
